improved!!!

yeah after my first experience with the cake making I just wanted to try some more...and the result? more yummy cakes and more calories and more working out to burn those :(

after this successful venture, i have also tried some more...orange cakes and apple cakes....not too good but not bad either!!!  [they were good with ice cream!]

Got soooo many good/great/ awesome recipes BUT too lazy to try... may be one day I will...

My First Eggless No Bake Choco Cake !!!

It was YUMMM!!

I had made so many changes in the recipe i never thought it could turn out so good :)

My hubby was so happy with it...i am glad!

The next time i am going to include raisins in the recipe.



Since i had no patience to decorate it, i cut the cake into desired shapes and arranged and re-arranged the pieces and finally just stacked them one over the other!

not bad for a beginner right ? ;)

feeling philosophical

Whenever my mind creates havoc..whenever things don't turn up as I want them to, I realise I never had control over them.Whatever ultimately happens...just HAPPENS. I dont have a say. I can't and I never can decide situations or opinions. Well, its all fair. We can control some things, not all. We can control our decisions, our desires, our wishes and also our reaction to any situation and of course our thoughts and actions.

Whenever I am in doubt, I remember the words of Mahatma Gandhi : " the golden rule of conduct is mutual toleration, seeing that we will never all think alike & that we shall always see truth in fragment and different angles of vision".

So its always better to be creatively alive in every moment, in every situation, accept things as they are and never regret for whatever happened, never be worried for the tomorrow and never get excited for today...because Good or Bad....EVEN THIS WILL PASS AWAY!!!

Being Responsible..yeah.. after "Being Human"..[i like salman khan ;-)]

Whenever someone talks about safe guarding our resources & environment..people "assume"  its for the future generations!  Then develops the "not for us" kind of attitude. So, lets change the perspective. Protecting and managing our resources wisely NOW will definitely "upgrade" our IMAGE in the global scenario. We will be projected as the Civilized, Educated and Sophisticated society.

Indirect effects include rise in per-capita since more jobs are created. As a country, we become more self sufficient by optimum and planned utilization of all our resources.

It is so very essential to inculcate in each person and every child, the value of all things natural and the effects of our mindless actions...that may be individually or otherwise.

Its simple! lets start accepting the city as our own..and treat it the same way we would treat anything belonging to us.

"Being responsible" thats all it requires. everyone of us should be responsible to OUR surroundings, OUR city, OUR country, OUR ecosystem. Propagating the idea, creating awareness and following them religiously will take us to an all new level ,personally as well as globally.

i see so many dreams, most of them i dont even remember.

interpreting my dreams is next to Impossible, they are so weird and funny!!

i heard dreams are communications of the sub conscious mind...what is it that mind is trying to tell
like the boy in the alchemist...
i am trying to know my destiny...observing the omens..understanding them is quite difficult...
the heart interrupts the mind!

may be one day..i will know...
